MEET THE COLLINGWOOD LAW OFFICE TEAM

Logan is the managing partner and founder of Collingwood Law office. Prior to founding the firm,  Logan was a litigator in Alberta. in 2006, Logan transitioned from his litigation practice to real estate, business and immigration law. With more than a decade of experience in all three fields, Logan has a wide range of legal expertise and is the biggest contributor in building Collingwood Law Office into what it is today. Aside from his own legal work, Logan was also the principal for multiple prior and current lawyers of Collingwood Law Office. Together with Andrew, Logan is responsible for Collingwood Law Office's highly successful immigration appeal practice.

Logan is a big fan of traveling, cooking and fine wine. 

Andrew practices primarily in the areas of real estate, business and banking law, with special emphasis on real estate development, commercial real estate and secured financing. He assists clients with all aspects of the real estate life cycle from strategic structuring of transactions to purchase execution, financing, joint ventures, leasing and dispositions, and also represents both lenders and borrowers on secured financing matters. Andrew’s clients range from local startups to foreign investors and public entities. Andrew has acted as the head lawyer on several large commercial transactions priced in the hundreds of millions of dollar range, as well as multiple real estate development projects.

When not at the office, Andrew enjoys running, hiking and making studio art glass.

Thershan practices primarily in the areas of real estate, business law, and will & estates law, specializing in commercial real estate and secured financing. Thershan regularly acts for lenders and borrowers on large commercial loans and is well versed in all types of secured financing, including commercial, private, vendor-take-back and mezzanine financing. Thershan is also experienced in estate administration law and is entrusted to handle all probate related legal work in Collingwood Law Office.

Thershan's favourite things in life include hanging out with his two dogs, working out, and giving Steven a hard time.
